HRID offers several services that focus on education, health, gender, technology, youth development and skill development. Along with this, HRID also offers tailor-made training programs, campaigns, and voluntary support, conducted and carried out by national and international experts. HRID’s unique in its communication and outreach program, which is a blend of both online and off modes, giving it a wider reach to help propel and ensure productive and profitable participation and collaboration of and among its stakeholders. The programmes are carried out through our collaborative and effective 360° communication approach.
One of the major areas HRID works is supporting education through School Development Programmes. HRID generally works with three stakeholders (Teachers, Students and Parents) for its School Development programmes. For each stakeholder there are resources developed by HRID that is offered through blended approach.
Capacity development
At HRID, our commitment to develop continuing capacity development. We support capacity building into all aspects of programming, including strategic planning, needs assessment, program design and development, work planning, budgeting, implementation, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Our dynamic teams of multidisciplinary technical experts assist individuals, organizations and governments to design and implement customized capacity-building support.
Materials development
Our team has experience in producing comprehensive and innovative training materials in different format including audio, video and print based (guides, lesson plans and training curricula). We offer materials for teachers, trainers, and relevant stakeholders in an innovative way.
Research services
HRID offers high-quality research services in any intervention areas to implement program or project in an effective way. Our study gives the impression to the reality of the context based on the culture. Our national and international researchers support in conducting research for the education and development.
Training and technical assistance
Training and technical assistance are important to generate sustainable social change in the across the world. HRID works with individual, groups and with organizations to provide a comprehensive index of evidence-based training. Our HRID subject- experts support in designing and delivering training programs in diverse areas.
Social behavior change
HRID works for those societal factors that affect behaviors of the community such as against early child marriage. HRID works with partners to design and organise workshops for the children and parents to change their behaviour against this kind of social barriers.
Support to Scope of work
All the year round, there are number of calls from donor agencies for education projects in Bangladesh. We HRID as a team support international organisations to support project proposal development, prepare for site visit to Bangladesh, including conduct primary research, setting up meetings with stakeholders, organise workshops, arranging in-country logistics etc. Our HRID education experts make sure communication and coordination for the effective.
English teaching and learning
HRID team has exclusive expertise in the area of English teaching and learning special focus on government primary and secondary schools. We offer training to teachers, master trainers, develop materials in a sustainable solution.
ICT in Education
Education and technology are now-a-days a vice versa to make the education process simple and systematic. We also offer innovative and sustainable technologies for students, teachers and schools.
